  • I have a broken piece. What can I do?

    • No problem! Our puzzles are made of wood and unfortunately sometimes those pieces break. If you have a confirmed purchase in the last 30 days. Feel free to email us with confirmation of your purchase, the name of the puzzle, a picture of the broken piece, as well as your name and preferred mailing address. We will send you a replacement piece FREE of charge. After 30 days of purchase, we offer replacement pieces for $5 USD each + Shipping and Handling.​
